Bret has 20 years' experience practicing competition law, including 18 years at the Texas Attorney General's Antitrust Division, where he served as Deputy Chief. He joined Indeed, Inc. in 2022, and provides counseling and compliance training on competition matters worldwide. Bret is also actively involved in the ABA Antitrust Section and currently serves on the In-House Counsel Task Force.
