Britta is Director, Legal Counsel Antitrust at The Coca-Cola Company since 2022, where she is responsible for all antitrust and competition law matters globally. In her role, she has advised the company with matters including investigations, cooperations, merger control and antitrust litigation as well as driving the compliance program forward. Britta is active in the ABA antitrust section and the SOC in-house coordinating counsel.

Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Britta worked for a German car manufacturer in Stuttgart, Germany as antitrust counsel advising on all aspects of antitrust law including antitrust damage claims.

Prior to that Britta gained experience in the private practice at Skadden, Arps where she was part of the Antitrust group in Brussels as well as with the FTC and DG Competition.
