Daniel Lipton is an Assistant Chief of the Washington Criminal Section of the Antitrust Division at the United States Department of Justice, which investigates and prosecutes regional, national, and international criminal cases. Daniel has led multiple federal criminal matters through all phases of investigation and litigation in a wide range of industries. He supervises attorneys and manages investigations covering procurement fraud, price fixing, and criminal monopolization. Before joining the Antitrust Division, Daniel litigated cases and counseled clients on white collar criminal and appellate matters at a private law firm. He also served as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
