David Rodi has been an antitrust lawyer and litigator in the energy industry for more than 30 years. He is currently Managing Counsel—Antitrust & Complex Litigation for Phillips 66, where his portfolio includes antitrust compliance, merger review, business counseling, and antitrust and commercial litigation. Before joining Phillips 66, David held various roles at Shell, including Group Antitrust Counsel, supervising Shell’s global in-house antitrust team.
