I’m Katherine Andrews and I am Senior Counsel, Antitrust at Shell USA.

I’ve had a vast and varied career: as a prosecutor with the U.S Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division; as an antitrust and litigation partner at K&L Gates; and as in-house counsel providing antitrust and compliance advice and counsel for multinational corporations, like GE and Shell USA.

I’ve had responsibility for developing, directing and implementing strategy for global antitrust and compliance programs, as well as assessing and mitigating antitrust and compliance risks across organizations. I provide advice and counsel by focusing on the practical, i.e., understanding what an organization wants to do, identifying and assessing any antitrust and compliance risks associated with that goal, and providing guidance for how best to achieve those results by addressing the risks.
