Linh Duong is the founder of LegalScientist.ai, a legal-tech firm delivering science-backed, regulator-ready AI platforms for antitrust compliance and risk management (since July 2025). Prior to that, he served as VP & Associate General Counsel, Global Antitrust, Legal Innovation & Operations at Align Technology (maker of Invisalign), where he architected a global antitrust compliance program, built an Antitrust Center of Excellence, and introduced data-driven monitoring, automated controls and documentation practices across all regions. During his in-house career at Align Technology, Diageo, and Mead Johnson, Linh advised on complex antitrust matters and achieved business-practical outcomes in various cross-border investigations and M&A globally. He began his practice with Freshfields and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Linh holds a Bachelor of Laws in Vietnamese and French law and two LL.M. degrees - in European Competition Law and in U.S. Law.
