Marc has over 20 years of legal experience on a national scale helping highly regulated global companies solve a variety of complex contractual, regulatory, compliance, litigation, and employment challenges during crisis situations. Marc has over 14 years of experience working in-house and with lawyers across the nation.

Marc currently serves as Director of Legal at Chicago Bridge and Iron, where he leads the company’s strategic initiatives across regulatory, compliance, litigation, internal investigations, and ethics. Prior to his current role, Marc held leadership positions in premier legal and compliance departments at Citibank and JPMorgan Chase, where he oversaw litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters across the nation and internationally.

Marc holds a J.D. from The University at Buffalo Law School and is a member of the New York and Texas State Bar Associations.
