Mashhood is Senior Corporate Counsel at MRC Global, a leading global distributor of pipe, valve, and fitting products. He has been with the company seven years and serves as a trusted advisor across the organization providing strategic counsel on a wide range of business matters, including commercial transactions, compliance, and labor and employment.

He began his legal career as an Honors Paralegal at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where he supported investigations and enforcement actions in the healthcare and telecommunications sectors.

Mashhood earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, which he completed while working full-time in the oilfield services industry.
