I am Senior Counsel for Antitrust at ExxonMobil, where I advise all of the corporation’s business lines on antitrust and competition matters. I’ve been with ExxonMobil for 10 years, and prior to coming here I worked for approximately 14 years in the FTC’s Bureau of Competition in Washington, DC, where I primarily investigated mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas industry. I received my law degree from the University of Florida, and undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
