Alicia Bello (pronounced uh-LEE-see-uh BAY-low ) joined Meta’s competition policy team in May 2022. Alicia previously worked as an antitrust associate at a large international law firm where her practice focused on competition litigation, internal investigations, and merger review. Prior to law school, Alicia worked in international development and began her career managing grants for democracy & governance programs in Central and West Africa. Alicia holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, M.P.P from Harvard Kennedy School, and B.A. from Spelman College. She resides in Baltimore, MD where she invests in real estate and enjoys traveling and baking in her spare time.
