Andrew Mast is an Assistant Chief in the Antitrust Division’s San Francisco Office. He joined the Division as trial attorney in 2013 through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. Since that time, he worked on a variety of investigations and prosecutions, including the electrolytic capacitors and packaged seafood investigations, as well as investigations into wage-fixing of home healthcare workers and bid rigging at foreclosure auctions. He has also served as a counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust. Before joining the Antitrust Division, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Knoll Gardner, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He received a JD from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA from Lewis & Clark College.
