Anis Ha serves as the Senior Vice President / Deputy General Counsel of Transactions and Contracting at Eli Lily and Company. Anis is a broadly experienced executive with global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and law firm experience. In his current role at Eli Lilly, Anis leads a talented, global multidisciplinary team on enterprise transactions, including M&A, Licensing/Collaborations, Venture Capital Strategies, R&D Agreements and Commercial. Additionally, Anis’ team supports Alliance Management, which includes the active management of a portfolio of collaborations with biotechnology companies.

Prior to his role at Eli Lilly, Anis worked in various roles of escalating responsibility at AbbVie Inc., a global pharmaceutical company, including most recently as the Head of R&D and Alliance Management Legal and General Counsel of Pharmacyclics, a wholly owned subsidiary of AbbVie. Anis started his legal career in private practice. Anis enjoys the outdoors and keeping busy chasing after his children, Audrey (7) and Emmett (4).
