Daniel Bitton heads Axinn’s West Coast antitrust practice and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. With a strong foundation in both E.U. and U.S. law, Daniel guides clients through complex antitrust litigation, government investigations, and merger clearances across the globe. From advising on multi-billion dollar mergers to reshaping the antitrust litigation landscape, clients trust him with their most important antitrust matters. He is counsel to major Fortune 500 companies, including Google, McKesson, TikTok, and Stanley Black & Decker. Daniel is Band 1 Chambers-ranked (California) and has been recognized by The Legal 500 United States, Lawdragon, New York Law Journal, The Recorder, and the Daily Journal. Most recently, his representation of Google earned the title of Global Competition Review’s “Behavioural Matter of the Year – Americas.
