Elyssa Wenzel is Director and Senior Counsel for Antitrust and Competition Law at RTX Corporation. She advises at the corporate and business unit level (including Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon) on compliance with U.S. merger control laws, government investigations, FDI, FSR, and the latest developments in global antitrust law and policy.

Prior to joining RTX, Elyssa was a senior associate at Clifford Chance LLP. Elyssa started her career as an antitrust enforcer in the Mergers I Division of the Federal Trade Commission. Elyssa holds a J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
