Joanna Rosen Forster is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of ContextLogic Inc., dba Wish.com, a global e-commerce marketplace, platform and logistics network based in San Francisco, CA. At Wish, she routinely advises senior leadership and the Board of Directors on new product launches, marketing campaigns, and regulatory compliance, and oversees all litigation as well as internal investigations, governmental inquiries and investigations in the US and abroad. Prior to joining Wish she was a Deputy Attorney General in the Corporate Fraud Section of the California Attorney General's office, focusing on securities and competition investigations and litigation, and before that she was in private practice. In 2009-2010, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She graduated from University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2006. During Law School, she was an extern to the Honorable Audrey B. Collins of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She graduated in 2000 from the University of California, Berkeley.
