Profile
John R. Seward is an Associate General Counsel in Intel Corporation’s Antitrust and Litigation Group. His responsibilities include handling antitrust and commercial litigation matters, as well as pre-litigation and antitrust counseling. Prior to joining Intel in 2017, John spent 18 years in private practice counseling clients on the antitrust aspects of litigation, mergers and acquisitions, dominant firm practices, joint ventures and other competitor collaborations, and intellectual property licensing. He has represented clients from a variety of industries, including consumer products, healthcare, mining and industrial, pharmaceuticals, technology, and telecommunications. John is a board member of the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
John earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 1999 from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1994. He holds bar memberships in Oregon and New York.
