Since 2021, Jonathan M. Eisenberg has been Deputy General Counsel — Litigation for AIDS Healthcare Foundation in Los Angeles, CA. From 2007 to 2021, he was a Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the California Attorney General, also in Los Angeles. For five of those years (2007 to 2012), Jonathan worked in the Antitrust Law Section. During that time, he was also the chair of the L.A. County Bar Association's Antitrust and Unfair Business Practices Section as well as a vice chair of the State Bar of California's Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section. Previously, Jonathan worked in private law practice for nine years, and he was a one-year law clerk for U.S. District Judge Linda H. McLaughlin in the Central District of California. Jonathan received a J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law in 1996, and a B.A. from Stanford University in 1992.
