Kaj Rozga is Senior Counsel (Antitrust) at ABB Group, where he supports Global Legal & Integrity working closely with business teams around the world to advise on US antitrust matters. Prior to joining ABB, Mr. Rozga spent a decade in private antitrust practice both domestic and international. Mr. Rozga litigated strategic and class action lawsuits, defended companies in government investigations, and counseled clients on M&A, commercial matters, and compliance. Mr. Rozga was previously a staff attorney at the Mergers IV Division of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, where he investigated and litigated mergers in the healthcare, consumer products, and tech sectors.
