Kavita Pillai is Lead Counsel for Antitrust at McKesson Corporation where she advises the company on M&A, investigations, and all manner of antitrust compliance. Prior to McKesson, Kavita was Of Counsel at Covington & Burling’s D.C. office in their antitrust practice where she focused on government investigations from M&A to conduct issues. Kavita is an active member of the ABA Antitrust Section, where she serves as a Vice Chair on the Section’s Diversity.Advanced Committee. She graduated from the University of North Carolina for her undergraduate and law school degrees and is a proud double Tar Heel.
