Lilla Nóra Kiss, PhD is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University, and a Senior Fellow for International Affairs and Academic Integrity at the National Association of Scholars. Her work examines the intersection of technology, education, and foreign affairs, with a focus on national security. She teaches global and EU competition law and regularly publishes and speaks on U.S. foreign and tech policy issues.
