Nadezhda (Nady) Nikonova is Managing Counsel, Antitrust at Oracle where she advises the company on global antitrust matters. Prior to joining Oracle, Nady was an antitrust attorney at a large San Francisco law firm. Nady earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a Certificate in Business Law, and received her B.A. summa cum laude in economics from UCLA. Nady previously worked as an economic consultant with expert witnesses on antitrust litigation and merger clearance matters.
