Ryan Wang is Vice President, Head of Lilly China Innovation&Partnerships (LCIP), with the mission to form innovation partnerships with China leading biotech companies and academic institutions. Ryan leads team forming a number of innovation partnerships with China biotechs, including inlicensing CoVID-19 antibody Etesevimab from Junshi (Etesevimab, in combination with Bamlanivimab, was approved by US FDA as EUA to treat mild to moderate CoVID patients in Feb 2021). In 2022, LCIP opened its Catalyst office at Zhangjiang, Shanghai, aiming to incubate and catalyze original innovation in China.

Before joining Lilly in 2019, Ryan spent more than 12 years on Pharma R&D with GSK and has proven track record in leading cross-discipline project team to achieve successful IND submissions in both US and China in areas of Immunology, Neuroscience and Infectious Disease.
