Mr. Xiao Le is the CFO of MegaRobo, and leads the operation of MegaRobo's global headquarter in Singapore.

Before joining MegaRobo, Xiao worked at WuXi AppTec, where he led multiple strategic investments in new modality therapeutics, life sciences tools, and innovative medical payment, and played an instrumental role in WuXi's acquisition of Bristol Myers Squibb's site in Switzerland. Additionally, Mr. Xiao Le represented WuXi as directors on the boards of its portfolio companies, including CANbridge Pharmaceuticals Inc. (1228.HK), Ambrx Biopharma Inc. (AMAM. NASDAQ, acquired by JNJ for US$ 2bn), and MegaRobo.

Prior to WuXi, Xiao worked as a venture capitalist at 6 Dimensions Capital, a leading global healthcare investment firm, where he worked on the incubation of Gracell Bio (NASDAQ: GRCL, acquired by AstraZeneca for US$ 1.2bn).

Mr. Le Xiao holds a master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree from the Johns Hopkins University.
