Phan Thi Van is the Program Director of Landscape, Coffee, and Spices programs at IDH Vietnam. She assumes a leadership role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Her focus lies in cultivating partnerships with businesses, governments, and CSOs inside and outside the country, to build sustainable governance models to deliver scalable impacts in Vietnam.

Ms. Van is leading the IDH Vietnam Coffee & Landscape team to perform solutions for coffee sector to comply with EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and mitigate risk from deforestation and degradation. The work also engages both public and private sectors to foster collective efforts towards ensuring the readiness of the Vietnam coffee sector ahead of the official enforcement of EUDR.
