As the General Director of Collective Company Limited, Timen spearheads initiatives that prioritize sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and investor readiness. He is dedicated to driving business development and enhancing customer communications, viewing these as integral to the company’s evolving success. Timen’s work in coffee, through brands like Lacàph and BOLD84, underscores his deep respect for Vietnamese culture and his innovative approach to connecting people with local heritage and authentic experiences.
In addition to leading his companies, Timen is actively engaged in sustainability and digital transformation dialogues, evidenced by his recent panel participation in EuroCham Vietnam’s Green Economy Forum and Exhibition.
