Alex represents clients in court and administrative proceedings, arbitration and pre-litigation negotiations, particularly in banking and corporate disputes. In addition to his experience in dispute resolution, Alex is experienced in financial and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Mattos Filho, he worked in the law firm of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood LLP in the United States and served as in-house counsel for investment banks.
