German Rojas is a seasoned attorney in Litigation and Compliance in Arias Costa Rica. He currently co-heads the firm's Dispute Resolution Department and heads the Compliance Department in Costa Rica. He has extensive experience representing clients in civil, criminal and arbitration proceedings, particularly in complex disputes such as distribution disputes, tax fraud, white collar crime and international and domestic arbitration. He is recognized for his multidisciplinary knowledge and his managerial approach to dispute resolution.
As head of the compliance department, German has advised many multinational clients on preparing, implementing, reviewing and updating their compliance programs in areas such as anti-corruption, AML, environmental and others.
