Juliana Giorgi is an accomplished dispute resolution attorney with over 15 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and litigation funding. Currently serving as General Counsel for Latin America at Qanlex LLC, she specializes in sourcing and managing high-value litigation investments and advising on complex dispute strategies. Juliana has acted as counsel, arbitrator, and secretary in domestic and international arbitrations, including a landmark USD 2 billion ICC case. She regularly speaks at international forums on arbitration, litigation funding, and legal risk. Juliana holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law and law degrees from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Universidad del País Vasco. Fluent in Spanish and English, with advanced Portuguese, she is an active member of CEIA and ALARB
