Carly has been working with families for over 22 years assisting them with succession planning, asset protection and with the transition to next generations. Originating from Jersey, she has a wealth of experience in this field and throughout her time in this industry have become a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (for which she was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Jersey Branch from 2014 - 2016) (“ICSA”), an Associate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, gained her Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance, completed the Islamic Finance Certificate as well as the Advance Certificate in Family Business Advising. She have been specialising in assisting those families based in the Middle East for the last 12 years. Carly is able to work with families in the region in terms of structuring their assets both onshore and offshore as well as facilitate the drafting and implementation of good Family Governance, all of which will assist in creating robust succession planning and the smooth transition of wealth and businesses to future generations. In 2019 Carly received a commemorative award from ICSA for her governance work in the UAE.
