Mustafa is Head of Baghdad office, with more than 10 years of experience specialising in corporate commercial matters, Mustafa has extensive experience in arbitration and enforcement of foreign judgment in Iraq gained through advising multinational companies on their dispute resolution path in Iraq, and implementing enforcement procedures before Iraqi courts.
