Paulius is a member of Arbitration Committee at Lithuanian Bar Association and one of the founders of Arbitration Association of Central and Eastern Europe (ArbCEE).

As a recognized arbitrator, Paulius Docka is frequently nominated to preside over complex domestic and international arbitration cases. Paulius has experience in more than 50 arbitration cases as counsel and arbitrator under ICC, SCC, VCCA rules and ad hoc arbitrations.
