I am a Partner in the Disputes, Investigations & Advisory team at Ashurst based in Dubai. I have significant experience handling JV, shareholder and tech disputes, banking and financial disputes and investigations, fraud claims and global asset tracing and enforcement. I also have particular expertise in restructuring/insolvency related claims and professional negligence claims involving solicitors and auditors (for which I am recognised in Who’s Who Legal).

I have over a decade of experience managing complicated commercial disputes in the Middle East. I have full rights of audience to appear for clients in the DIFC Courts and have appeared as an advocate in the DIFC Court of Appeal and Court of First Instance. I am also a member of the DIFC Courts’ Rules Committee.
