Dmitry Kuptsov is a Partner at Dispute Resolution and Restructuring/Insolvency Practices in ALRUD Law Firm. Dmitry specializes in complex commercial, corporate and administrative disputes in courts of general jurisdiction and state commercial courts, as well as has significant experience in managing complex bankruptcy related projects (including those requiring challenging debtor’s transactions and returning the assets) acting in the interests of major Russian and international clients. Dmitry also successfully represents interests of the clients in proceedings on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards in Russia and advises on asset tracing, enforcement proceedings and indebtedness restructuring.

Dmitry joined ALRUD in 2013. Dmitry graduated from The National Research University Higher School of Economics Law Faculty in 2012. In 2013, Dmitry was awarded an LL.M. degree of Lund University (Sweden) under European Business Law programme. Dmitry is a member of the International Bar Association (the IBA). In 2017 Dmitry was on secondment in London at the law firm Slaughter and May, member of The Magic Circle.
