Alex Love currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate and Partnerships at Fundy Capital Management Inc., where he leads the firm’s real estate acquisitions, capital raising, financing strategies, and asset management efforts. He plays a key role in driving Fundy’s growth across Atlantic Canada, focusing on value-add opportunities in both multifamily and alternative real estate asset classes.

Alex also serves on the board of Atlantic Non-Profit Housing an organization committed to preserving and expanding affordable housing stock across the region. Through strategic acquisitions of existing multi-residential assets, the organization works to ensure long-term affordability for communities in need.

With deep experience in real estate investment and operations, Alex previously managed a large Atlantic Canadian portfolio, overseeing the acquisition of more than 2,000 residential units and leading all aspects of underwriting, financing, and operational oversight. Notably, he also led the successful acquisition and financing of all RONA retail locations across Atlantic Canada.

Previously, Alex was Vice President at Accretive Realty Partners, a boutique brokerage in Toronto. There, he advised both private and institutional clients on acquisitions and divestitures across various asset classes. He also specialized in self-storage, brokering over $250 million in transactions, and was instrumental in the launch of Pantone Investment Management, a private equity firm focused on the self-storage sector.
