Arthur Cohene is Senior Director of Real Estate at Loblaw Companies Limited, where he leads site selection, leasing, and development strategy for the company’s various retail brands across Eastern Canada. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Arthur has worked on numerous grocery-anchored and mixed-use developments, guiding projects from acquisition through to store opening.

Before joining Loblaw, Arthur held progressively senior leasing roles with RioCan and, prior to that, was involved in the condominium development business in Montreal. His balanced, data-driven approach and collaborative style have earned him a strong reputation across the retail real estate community.
