Bill has over 25 years of progressive experience with administering Municipal Planning and Development Approval Services. Currently, Bill works as the Director of Planning and Development for the City of Moncton and is responsible for leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of professional, technical and administrative staff involved with delivering Land Use Planning, Zoning, Subdivision, Development Approval and Building Inspection Services within the City of Moncton. Bill’s educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mount Allison University in Geography & Small Town Planning, a Masters Degree in City Planning from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Manitoba, and an Economic Development Certificate from University of Waterloo.
