Deanne is a partner at Stewart McKelvey where she provides corporate and commercial advice to small, midsized and large entities in respect to matters ranging from corporate governance, financing, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, securities and commercial real estate. She has advised on M&A transactions and investments in a wide range of industries, with various deal structures and sizes. Deanne is currently the Chair of Stewart McKelvey’s partnership board.

Deanne completed her Bachelor of Business Administration at Mount Saint Vincent University and her law and MBA degrees at Dalhousie University.

Deanne enjoys serving the community and is currently a trustee for the Phoenix Youth Charitable Foundation and a director of the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo.
