Jeremy Kaupp joined Slate in 2018. He is responsible for the asset management of Slate Office REIT in Atlantic Canada including, the oversight of leasing professionals and third-party property management professionals, preparation of annual operating budgets and execution and approval of the capital spending and leasing programs, with the overall objective of maximizing the value of assets under management. Prior to Slate Jeremy was with CBRE Limited for 18 years working in both the London, ON office and Halifax, NS office during which time was primarily focused on office leasing.
