Jonas Locke has worked in the commercial real estate valuation sector since 1997. At Altus Group, Jonas worked his up from Analyst in 1997 to regional vice president in 2015. Now working as the Head of Valuation Advisory for Canada, Jonas is responsible for overseeing a team of just under 200 valuation professionals spread across the country. This multi-disciplinary team of commercial real estate consultants is active in all sectors of commercial real estate and are the leading providers of professional valuation services in the markets that they service. Jonas has earned his reputation as an accomplished valuator and consultant.  He has developed experience in a wide variety of consulting assignments including feasibilities studies, operating expense analysis, land expropriation, land consulting, lease arbitration, due diligence, portfolio consulting, and international valuation reporting.
