Ken Kelly is the Executive Director of Downtowns Atlantic Canada. He is an urban planner who has lived and worked in five of the country’s six regions in the public and private sectors and at two universities. He is the former manager of Downtown Moncton and of Downtown Victoria and an honourary citizen of Winnipeg.
