Richard Tower is a Founding Partner of iQ Commercial, Atlantic Canada’s largest independent commercial mortgage brokerage. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, he has helped grow iQ to fund more than $2 billion annually, supporting over 4,200 new multi-residential units and 1 million square feet of commercial development across Atlantic Canada and Ottawa.

He has personally originated more than $1 billion in commercial financing and advises developers, pension funds, and institutional investors on capital strategy, market positioning, and project execution.
