Based in Toronto, Sara has 15 years of experience working in the insurance industry with experience as both a risk consultant and underwriter. Sara is a Founder of Cavell Risk Inc. established in 2022. Prior to Cavell, Sara was a Senior Vice President at a global insurance brokerage. She was responsible for strategic oversight and servicing of a large portfolio of real estate and financial institution clients. Her foundational technical skills were established during her experience as an underwriter at a global insurer known for its extensive training program.

Sara has performed countless due diligence projects to assist in the valuation of assets for purchase and sale. Sara has designed and executed complex risk management programs utilizing the global insurance and reinsurance markets to mitigate risk for her clients. Sara has experience stewarding multi-million dollar claims, acting as liaison between client and adjuster to generate positive outcomes and experiences for her clients.
