Responsible for the Atlantic, Ontario and Montreal Industrial and Office Leasing at Choice Properties REIT. Tracy possesses extensive experience in working with tenants, brokers, contractors, and investors, and with a strong understanding of the industrial real estate landscape with over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.

Previously to Choice Properties, Tracy served as the Senior Director of Leasing at Colliers International, where she was responsible for leasing Royal Bank Plaza in Torontos Downtown financial core and expanding Colliers industrial assets under management portfolio. Prior to that she was at BGO (Bentall) where she began her real estate career and built a solid foundation which she now brings to all the management, leasing, development, construction, and leadership she is involved in across the country.

Tracy holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Western Ontario. Additionally, she has an OREA Real Estate License and is a Member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (N.A.I.O.P), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (S.I.O.R.), a Member of CRE8 a woman in real estate association.
