Chris McCay is Head of Product at iBusiness.ai, where he leads product strategy, research, and development for technology that helps banks and financial institutions modernize lending. He has worked within the organization since 2013 and has held senior leadership roles across creative, marketing, and product, giving him a broad perspective on how customer needs, operational realities, and emerging technologies come together in successful financial products.

During his tenure, Chris has helped build and scale proprietary lending platforms serving more than 80 banks and financial institutions and supporting more than $11 billion in facilitated lending. His current work focuses on configurable banking software, cloud-native infrastructure, and the responsible use of AI in regulated lending workflows. With 20 years of hands-on leadership and a career spanning technology, finance, and design, Chris brings a practical, operator-led perspective to evaluating banking technology based on usability, scalability, governance, and measurable business impact.
