David Dean is Head of M&A at Evergreen Financial Technology Group (EFTG), a permanent-hold platform backed by Alpine Investors that acquires mission-critical software businesses serving financial institutions. David previously served as COO of CU Wallet and led corporate development at Navari. He spent his early career as a serial entrepreneur, founding and leading multiple companies through successful exits, and has been an avid angel investor for more than 20 years. He sits on the boards of Infonancial, an EFTG operating company, and Orsa Ventures, an investment CUSO, and mentors early-stage fintech founders across the US and internationally.
David brings a blend of M&A discipline and operating experience to a platform built for founders who care about their legacy, customers, and employees. He is based in Michigan.
