David Lynch is Managing Director at Falcon Wealth Planning, bringing more than 30 years of financial services experience, including two decades in senior executive leadership. Throughout his career, he has led organizational change, built collaborative cultures, and empowered teams to deliver business outcomes and an enhanced client experience.

Before joining Falcon, David spent 25 years at TD Ameritrade, holding planning and leadership roles before becoming Head of Branches. He later served as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and as Senior Vice President and Region Head at Fidelity Investments. His career provides a valuable perspective on leadership, advisor development, client service, operational execution and the evolving financial services landscape.

David holds multiple securities and supervisory registrations. He earned a BS in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and completed the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association leadership program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
