Donny Hoye is the CEO of TailFin, where he focuses on modernizing the last mile of tail spend payments- especially the complex, high friction moments when enterprises move money to customers, partners, and non-strategic providers. A long-time payments technology practitioner, Donny has built his career inside large financial institutions helping organizations solve real world cash management and disbursement challenges at scale.

Prior to TailFin, Donny was the Head of the Large Corporate and Specialized Industries Team within Capital One’s Treasury Management division, advising enterprises across healthcare, financial services, technology, media, and telecom on payment infrastructure, liquidity, and risk. Earlier in his career, he helped build a sales organization at a digital media analytics company and worked in treasury management at Wells Fargo, giving him an operator’s perspective on how data, technology, and financial systems actually converge.
