Florian Clever is the Founder and CEO of cleversoft, a leading provider of cloud-based RegTech and WealthTech solutions for the financial services industry.

In 1999, Florian founded Clever Software Solutions, which later evolved into the international cleversoft group. Under his leadership, the company has grown to over 320 employees and expanded its footprint across multiple markets.

As the driving force behind the group’s strategy and M&A activities, Florian has led a series of successful acquisitions, positioning the company as a leading provider for investment marketing, compliance reporting, financial crime prevention & more.

With more than 30 years of experience in developing regulatory software and two decades in the financial services industry, Florian’s passion is clear: to create innovative technology that empowers financial institutions to meet constantly evolving regulatory demands efficiently and digitally.

Florian holds a degree in business administration from TU Munich, Germany.
