Geoff is CEO of the HTF Group covering Research, Consulting, Recruitment and Networking. Before HTF, Geoff ran Lepus, a Research Consultancy. He is a founding member of PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers International Association) and former UK Director, Board Member and Chairman. Prior to Lepus he worked as CIO of a Hedge Fund (Tokai Bank Europe) as well as Head of Markets IT at BZW and prior to that Head of IT of Abbey National Baring Derivatives. His early days were spent running Sales and Service of CATS Software in Europe as well as 4 years as a Futures Trader and Designing and Marketing Semiconductors in Silicon Valley. He has a BSc Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bath University.
