Mohamed Ghanem Salem is a senior Digital Wealth and Innovation leader with more than 20 years of banking experience, working at the intersection of wealth management, technology and AI.
As Digital Wealth Lead at HSBC UAE, Mohamed has played a key role in shaping and delivering major digital wealth transformation initiatives, spanning AI-enabled advisory, relationship-manager platforms, data-driven client engagement, and next-generation wealth experiences.
He holds an MSc in Digital Banking & FinTech from London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) and has contributed to industry conversations on the future of wealth, AI and financial services through international conferences, panels and thought-leadership forums. His work and industry contribution have also been recognized with the Excellence in Wealth Management Award.
